Here’s the Scoop

WE ARE BY APPOINTMENT ONLY + All appointments must be booked online.

All services can be booked easily by clicking on the SCHEDULE NOW here, as well as on each website page.

We’re one of the little guys, therefore our online appointment system allows us to hold your appointment in our books and keep things organized! The schedulicity appointment system is secure and easily adjustable if you need to change an appointment up to 24 hours in advance, you can also turn on appointment text and/or email reminders easy breezy.

Because we want to offer all of our clients the one-on-one attention that they deserve, our doors will remain locked up until your session is to begin, so plan accordingly to arrive at the time you have booked for to assure that your service provider will be ready for you.

SOLO UNO, POR FAVOR – Please don’t bring others to your appointment.
We love friends and children, but if they don’t have an appointment please don’t bring them with you (this is for safety, timing, sanitation and security reasons.)

QUESTIONS, COMMENTS, CONCERNS POST SERVICE? – Just contact us!
Although rare, if you seem to be having an allergic reaction, over-the-counter hydrocortisone cream is usually the first thing to apply, and oral Benadryl later if necessary. Often after waxing, redness and small bumps can be seen for a few days. This is especially true for people new to waxing or doing it after a long grow-in time. Of course, if you have severe symptoms contact your doctor.

CANCELING & NO SHOWS

We completely understand that unforeseen events may occur. If you cancel your appointment the day of (<24hrs), it is considered a no show/late cancel appointment. Our cancellation policy allows for one no show/late cancel appointment within a 12 month period. If a 2nd appointment or more is missed within the same 12 months, we ask that you pay for that service. This policy will re-set itself every 12 months. If there are 2 no show appointments back to back, online booking is suspended and you will need to pre-pay for your appointment.

Please note that when you cancel less than 24 hours in advance, it can be hard for another person to take your reservation – so please be considerate when you cancel as it affects others who would like an appointment. Many thanks in advance!

PS – Feeling under the weather? Cancel. We’re happy when all of us are healthy!

PPS – Bikini wax scheduled? You do not have to cancel if you are on your period…really, it is not a big deal!
